The PDF Toolbox software makes it possible to control PDF files without having to own the Adobe Acrobat software. You can, for example, split, merge and append files. You can create new PDF files by splitting pages, delete pages or even move and rotate pages. The PDF Toolbox also lets you create new PDF files from any other kind of document, such as from MS Office applications or web pages.
